 About Asker Aliens and Asker

Asker Aliens is one of Norway's largest and oldest basketball clubs, with a proud history and a broad membership base. The club fields teams across the full spectrum of the game — from 3rd graders taking their first steps on the court, through competitive junior and elite teams for both men and women, all the way to veteran players still enjoying the sport they love.

The club is based in Asker, a municipality located just southwest of Oslo along the Oslofjord — well connected to the capital and offering a high quality of life in a beautiful natural setting.

Run by dedicated volunteers, Asker Aliens is an inclusive and welcoming club with a strong community spirit. In many ways it can be regarded as an incubator club — a genuine stepping stone for coaches looking to grow, gain international experience, and move onward to bigger stages. If you are at the start of your international coaching journey, this is a great place to begin.
